1. Introduction

Welcome to MineFlare Hosting (“MineFlare”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of our AI-powered website and Discord bot creation platform, hosting services, and related products (“Services”).
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Description of Services

MineFlare Hosting provides:

• AI-powered website and Discord bot generation
• Managed hosting for generated projects
• Optional paid access to download or export project source code

All websites and bots are built and managed through MineFlare’s proprietary platform. Users may customize their projects using available AI prompts and settings but do not have direct code access unless explicitly purchased.

4. Ownership and Licensing

All AI-generated code, assets, and configurations created through MineFlare Hosting remain the intellectual property of MineFlare Hosting.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, limited license to use their generated project only while it is hosted on MineFlare’s platform.
If you wish to download, export, or self-host your project’s code, you must pay the applicable download/export fee. After purchase, you will receive a non-exclusive, transferable license to use and modify the exported code for personal or commercial purposes.
Unauthorized attempts to access, copy, or reverse-engineer the code or system are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services for:

• Hosting or distributing illegal, infringing, or harmful content
• Spam, phishing, or malicious automation
• Hosting or creating content promoting hate, violence, or harassment
• Circumventing platform restrictions (e.g., code scraping, data extraction)

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments, including hosting fees and code export purchases, are handled through secure payment processors.
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at MineFlare’s discretion within 7 days if services fail to function as described. Fees for code downloads are non-refundable once the source has been delivered.

7. Service Uptime and Support

MineFlare Hosting aims for 99% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Support is available through our Discord server and email. Response times vary depending on issue severity.

8. Data and Content Responsibility

You are responsible for the content you create or upload to your generated projects (text, images, configuration inputs, etc.).
We reserve the right to remove or restrict content that violates our policies or applicable laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
Breach of these Terms
Non-payment
Abusive or illegal use of the Service
Upon termination, your projects and data may be deleted immediately without recovery.

10. Limitation of Liability

MineFlare Hosting is not liable for:

• Loss of data, code, or uptime
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profit or business opportunity

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
